George Cram,c.1884-1899, Hawaiian Islands.  The map is in printed color, each county separately colored.   It measures about 9 3/4 by 12 1/4 inches and is a detailed county map depicting landforms, counties, rail road lines, cities and towns.  Includes an inset of Honolulu and vicinity.  Maps such as these came from the first widely used atlases published for family use in America.  Different editions are slightly differently colored.  $35
